Policy Development and Handbook Creation: We can assist you with the creation, review, or assistance with the preparation of new or existing management manuals, employee handbooks, HR forms, ADA job descriptions, and job procedures.

Safety Programs: We can help alleviate the paperwork portion of your safety program by recording injury reports (801 forms) and other data. Maintaining OSHA300 record keeping requirements; and sending you annual reminders to complete and post the summary.

Transitions: Transitions are not always easy. Whatever the reason for transition, whether it’s layoffs or terminations, we can design a transition plan to fit your needs. We can help you develop career transition services. Our transition service programs integrate career transition consulting, training, research and administrative services to help those being out placed transition to new careers as quickly as possible.

Benefit and/or Workers Compensation Administration: Relieve your staff from paperwork headaches. We can furnish a review of current benefit offerings, recommendations of alternatives, development of flexible benefit programs designed to meet the needs of employees. Total Resource Connections can assist with the costing of benefit plans. We can also conduct benefit surveys to produce comparisons to the market.
